I am happy I decided to give him a shot he saved me some money and then saved my daughter some also Edit: ok here i sit a few months later two weeks after getting this policy i had a deer run out and bam life got crazy. Took a week to get approval for a rental car with hertz however less than 24 hours of having it state farm called and said they have changed everything they are investigating so I am not approved for the rental i was told pay out of pocket or take back . So I head to hertz and halfway there got a email from Hertz saying the rental was approved now for extension to the original date ( 1 month) then soon after claim denied no evidence of Deer strike. Im assuming the photos that the body shop and I sent with deer hair all over them was me hitting a car with deer hair on it? No mention of the rental . So the day its due back im wondering another extension maybe ? So I start calling message after mesaage app post after app post. 6 days later I get an email saying its extended for 1 week as im reading the email a tow truck pulls up to repo a rental. I didnt know that happened . Then to top it all off hertz hits my account for just under 2k . This entire change was a nightmare to say the least. The agents office seemed OK but was not much help during this . On there defense hopefully I dont know if they are able to offer help for claims. So I will leave the comments aboyt them as decent until I know diffrent but State farm claims I will say BEWARE they work to deny good legit claims that people file."
