"The absolute worst experience. I received a call a week ago seeing if I wanted to extend my life insurance policy to which I remembered calling to cancel and asked who my beneficiaries were which were a long time ex relationship and dead mother. I gave it a week to see if because I had been paying this whole time to just update beneficiary or cancel to which when I called the office was told I would receive a call back in about 5 minutes that never came and every single time I called was directed to voicemail likely because im doing this on Friday so it'll be thought ill forget come Monday. I contacted customer service to have the policy properly canceled and transfer to a better agency to find out a second 20 year life policy had been opened in my name. This agency has been scamming me out of $60 a month and while its partially my fault for not noticing they also never updated my address from when I started the policy many years ago despite have my homeowners insurance policy. This agency has cost me likely close to $7000 and would implore anyone to not go with them and do the due diligence of making sure people that are in control of taking money dont continue to take more than have been consented to take."
