"I was quoting an ins. rate for my vehicle and agent Gustav answered the phone , from the get go he sounded very polite and professional , it made me trust him , thereby getting insured by his office... although I recieved over 15 phone calls from " other " insurance agents... he got my attention !!! "Michael Hillman State Farm recorded an incorrect VIN on our policy. Corporate caught the mistake about 2 months ago, yet Michael Hillman/State Farm has neglected to correct the VIN on the policy and registration with the state of Georgia. After receiving a fine about a month ago from the state, Hillman's office was notified and I was promised the vehicle was "properly" insured and they would contact the state to correct the issue. As a result of their neglect, my daughter was stopped by the police for a suspended registration and no insurance. She was threatened with arrest, jail and seizure of the vehicle all because of the neglect and carelessness of Hillman's office. Carelessness in data entry and blatant neglect and refusal to correct the issue after 3 months is absolutely irresponsible and unacceptable. Hillman's office is obviously poorly managed and there is no loyalty to its customers, as evidenced by its failure, refusal or neglect in correcting its own mistake. What else has Hillman's office messed up on who knows how many other policies and refused to correct?"
