"Terrible experience with customer service, communication skills, and competence from Elijah and never did hear from the agency's namesake Michael Hillman even though I copied him on email. Transferred ASAP to Barry Hancock Agency in Roswell and immediately my experience was 100% improved. Starting with handling the complete list of needs from me in 1 single email and scheduling time to talk to me not just calling whenever them me getting voicemail when I call back during business hours, and no defensive blame game going on in my emails when I make it clear what needs to happen for me to be a happy customer. We were also getting everything in duplicate in the mail because it account was set up wrong and what it took 40+ emails involving this agent/agency to still not handle, Barry Hancock Agency in Roswell is getting sorted with only 1. I called State Farm after hours customer service and had them transfer my account because I'm not into the abrasive and chaotic experience I was getting here. Elijah also seems inexperienced with handling jewellery insurance. You get an avalanche of emails and a mountain of duplicate mail - everything except the actual bill. Even the website you can't find a simple PDF of your bill when you log in... but you'll get a cancellation notice in the mail - in duplicate- even though the app says no payment due! You bring it to the agent's attention, he gets defensive and blames you instead of getting with the IT department to fix that oversight. Paid the bill since the cancellation notice was the first we received the payment info I needed then promptly moved to a competent agency and ended the argument cause at the end of the day, I shouldn't be treated like that, a business should not be so hard to get simple organized information from without the back and forth, and there's other options to do business with so I exercised one such option and moved on. Only posting here to warn people. If you actually work for a living and don't have all day to get your stuff handled, this isn't the agency for you. Michael Hillman needs to pay closer attention to how his agents are handling things. Even the titles of the emails are abrasive like you are being shouted at and spammed with the several asterisks and the all caps. Unprofessional."
