ROLE DESCRIPTIONMichael Hillman - State Farm Agent is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist to support new customer setup and service. As a Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, this role plays a key part in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for new policyholders while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and setting up accounts
  • Upload, review, and organize customer documents accurately
  • Handle inbound calls and provide friendly, professional support
  • Follow up with customers to complete onboarding requirements
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and properly submitted
  • Work closely with team members to support a seamless customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication skills (phone and written)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with computers and document systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred
